If you don't have the password now, keep trying any password. After 3 wrong password, BizNet will lock you account and send you an eMail. In the eMail there is a link you have to click to re-activate your account. Then you can use the hard-to-remember password to login. After login, you can click on "Persoanl Profile" to update your password to something you can remember. Good Luck!
